Do you have experience making CNC turned parts? We are looking for someone to work 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM Wednesday-Friday on our Samsung dual-spindle turning center - parts are up to 8" OD. This position could become full-time for the right person.

The CNC operator position is responsible for machining of components in the CNC Turning Center(s) while adhering to all documented procedures, including safety procedures. The CNC's are horizonal milling/turning centers with 24 turret-positions, dual-spindles and live tooling.  This Position is also responsible for contributing to the improvement of safety, quality, productivity, cost, and 5S of Pioneer Service.

CNC Operator Requirements

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Fanuc Controls including setup and programming experience
  • Ability to verify part conformity using micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and other gauges
  • Ability to read and analyze engineering prints
  • Strong math skills
  • Attitude of openness to change and exhibit a desire to improve every day
